Choolgiri is 7 kms from Barwani, by road. The road is made up of metal and was constructed by the state on the initiative of Digambar Jain Samaj. The Samaj contributed Rs.2000/- for the purpose of constructing the road. The road is named “Bawangaja-Road” and regular bus services up to Dharmshala from Barwani are available.
Adjacent to the dharmshala in the valley, are two Caves built by Seth Roadmal Megh Raj Susari. Formerly the caves were used as resting place for ascetics. Two hundred metres from the dharmshala, stands a small Neminath temple having 1’-2” high idol of Lord Neminath made of black stone in sitting – meditation posture, consecrated in the Vikram year 1939. This temple was built by Sethani Smt. Jadi Bai, wife of Seth Nanoo Ram Rishabh Das, Barwani.
A little ahead from the temple, there is a gate and the place is used as resting place for the visitors. Adjacent to it there is a small temple. Entering the temple, the visitors have the darshan of Lord Adinath’s idol of 3’3” in height, made of ordinary stone in sitting – meditation posture.
