Choolgiri is a Siddha Kshetra from where Indrajeet, Kumbhkaran and a number of ascetics attained salvation. In the Nirvan-kand of Prakrit following reference occurs-

Badvani badnayrei dakkhinbha:yambi choolgir sihvei.

Indjiy Kumbhkarno:nivva:n gaya : namo: te:sim

The reference means that from the Choolgiri mount Indrajit, Kumbhkaran along with a number of ascetics attained salvation . I bowto them with reverence.

The Hindi equivalent of the above in Roman script is as under:-

“Badvani badnayar surchag .Dakshin disha: girchul utang

Indrajit aru Kumbh ju Karn Tei bando:n bhav sa:gar tarn”
